Refunds and Returns
10 Day Guarantee- At Lush we pride ourselves on offering quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days from delivery for a refund, less shipping charges. Returns must be made back to our warehouse in Asia. On your invoice you will be given the email address to obtain the return information, simply email and enclose your order number and the reason for return and also the tracking number and type of service so we can track the package, and once it arrives, we will promptly refund you back.

To shop online do I have to register?: Yes. You must create an account with shoplush.com in order to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy and FREE! Why should I become a registered user?: Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of Shoplush.com promotions, including special member discounts, coupons and special previews. Plus the following additional benefits: 1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. 2. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. Back Orders/ Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will alert you in your "Shipping Notification" email. Charges for permanently out-of-stock items will be credited back on to your credit card. Your item will automatically be on back-order unless otherwise notified.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
